My name is Katie, and I'm an 19 year old girl, taking life one day at a time. I'm a proud believer in Jesus Christ and strive to shine His light every day. This blog is my way of sharing life lessons, struggles, and accomplishments. This website is a work in progress, and I'm glad to share it with you. 

On my blog, you will find posts on faith, exercise, DIY projects, beauty/body products, and whatever else fills up my days; these topics can be found through the tabs at the top of the page. I try to stay consistent with posting, but unless I really have something to say on a topic, I don't write well about it, so posting dates may seem random and flakey. I'm not a flakey person. 

I love baseball and Audrey Hepburn. I am currently studying (planning to study) Psychology in college. I have a weakness for all clothes, and any kind of school supply. I am the middle child in my family with two brothers. Want to know more? Check out my "50 Things About Moi" post!

My favorite Bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11 >> "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord. "Plans to prosper you and not to harm you; plans to give you hope and a future". What a comforting reminder. 

I'm a tough body with a tender soul; a hopeless romantic, loyal until the end, and easy to please. I want to love and be loved. I'm a social-butterfly-introvert who enjoys a nice night at home just as much as a night with friends. Or a night at home with friends. ;)

I'm figuring life out as I go. And trying not to take myself too seriously in the mean time.
